In a Word document, select an entire table and then click on “Layout” tab. To rotate the table, click “Text Direction” in the Alignment group. You can always click again to further rotate it. Click and drag to adjust the cell borders where necessary.
Select an empty cell below your pasted table. Click the arrow under the “Paste” button on the ribbon and choose the “Transpose” option. Your table will appear flipped.

Press AY to activate the Rotate tool. Press R or L to rotate the graphic 90 degrees right or left. If you prefer, press M to display the options that allow you to specify a rotation angle directly.
Select the text box, and then go to Shape Format or Drawing Tools Format > Rotate. Use any of the rotate commands in the list. Manually rotate the text box by selecting the text box rotation handle and dragging in the direction you want.
Open this dialog by clicking the small arrow at the bottom right of the Page Setup group on the Page Layout tab. On the Margins tab, select either “Portrait” or “Landscape” from the Orientation section to rotate the page.
