There are a few ways to get hours for Instacart. Go to the app and from the dashboard click on the Set Your Availability link. It will let you pick the hours you are available for the next 10 days. Once you picked a day , click on the “ set times” button and the click “ Add A Time Range”.

You are able to set your own hours online through the InstaCart app and you can accept hours posted in the app or decline them. If you can’t make a shift, you need to cancel in-app 24 hours ahead of time or you’ll be penalized. You have the option of picking up additional hours, but these opportunities can be spotty.
