Does Target still charge for bags?
Our team members are bagging items in a Target-supplied paper or plastic bag, and we’re waiving any local bag fees. If a guest brings in a reusable bag, they can choose to bag their items themselves.
Why is Target charging a bag fee?
When you place an order, we automatically pre-authorize ten bags (to ensure we cover large quantity orders). When the order is scanned into hold, the number of bags will be adjusted based on how many bags were actually used and you’ll be charged accordingly.
Does target charge a fee for drive up?
Target Drive Up is a free and convenient grocery pickup option. With Drive Up, you can place an order for groceries and household essentials using the Target app. Target Drive Up is available only through the Target app for iOS and Android devices.
Can I bring my own reusable bag to target?
Target allows guests to bring their own reusable bags, and we also sell reusable bags in our stores. Bag fees remain in place in select stores in accordance with local and state regulations.
