What does voiding a label do?
Voiding a label will preserve the shipment record in ShipStation and allow you to create a new label on that same shipment. You can void a label from the Print Preview screen, the Shipment Activity Widget in Order Details, the Shipments grid, or the Shipment Details screen.
What happens if you ship a voided label?
After you void a shipping label, the cost of the label is credited to your account. This amount is applied to the cost of any shipping labels that you buy in the future. If the package has been shipped, then contact the carrier with the package reference number for help.

If you have voided a label, you won’t be able to re-print it. In that scenario, you would need to create a fresh, new label. If you do have the re-print button, by all means, go for it!

Refund credits for unused shipping labels are delivered in the form of a refund to the UPS account directly, in the form of credit. Refund credits are automatically applied to future UPS invoices. Lastly, UPS will place some of the void credits in the “Adjustments” category of your next UPS invoice.
