Are Naruto and Sasuke missing arms?
Sasuke lost his arm during the final battle between him and Naruto. The two clashed their Chidori and Rasengan together, blowing an arm from each off in the process. Sasuke lost his left arm (above the elbow) and Naruto lost his right.
How did Naruto and Sasuke get their arms back?
After the battle with Sasuke at the Final Valley, they both lost one of their arms/ forearm. After they returned to the Leaf Village Tsunade implanted Hashirama’s cells into Naruto’s lost arm and created a “perfect prosthetic arm full movement and feeling too.
