How do you take saddles off Striders?
Kill it or leave it be. Do you have cheats on? If on java, use Open to LAN and do F3 + F4 and spam F4 until you reach the grass block. In bedrock, just switch Activate Cheats and go to personal gamemode and change it to creative.
