Enable Long-Term Print History To start, right-click your Windows Start menu button and click the “Event Viewer” option. The Event Viewer will allow you to view a list of previously printed files, but you’ll need to set Windows to begin logging your long-term printer history first.
On the printer press “Menu” to see the held or saved print jobs. Click on the “Select” button. You will see a list of the off all the users who have jobs either waiting to printed or that have already printed and are stored in the printer’s memory. Press “Menu” again until you see the job you would like to reprint.
iOS/iPadOS does not keep a history of printed documents. If your document is stored on your device or iCloud, simply reprint the document. If you are using a third-party Printing App, the App may keep a cached copy of the print job.
You can view the Print Summary by double-tapping the Home button and swiping to the right to reveal Printer Center. Tap Print Center to view print status while printing is in progress.
