Cisco reveals he has formulated a way to bring back Barry without destabilizing the Speed Force and tracks down Caitlin for help, but is forbidden by Iris to bring Barry back. Against Iris’ orders, Team Flash successfully returns Barry, who rambles random statements and continually writes symbols on the walls.
The following contains major spoilers from the Dec. 7 episode of The Flash aka “Armageddon” Part 4. This week on The Flash, we learned that the five-week event titled “Armageddon” was a Trojan horse of sorts, leading as it did to the reveal that what we and Barry in fact have been witnessing is… a Reverse-Flashpoint!
The timeline was reset when Reverse-Flash ran back in time and killed Nora again, restoring everything pretty much to how it was before, albeit with some minor differences.
In the comics, Barry Allen has all the memories of the previous timeline, which begin fading away being replaced with the alternate timeline memories. But he doesn’t have access to the speed force. So, not a speedster.

Cisco decides that Barry’s writings couldn’t be the ramblings of a mad man. They have to mean something. Using computer programs to decode the writings, Cisco is able to translate the symbols into a phrase: “This house is bitchin’.” Cisco decides that Barry’s writings couldn’t be the ramblings of a mad man.
Original Savitar timeline A few years later, Barry travels through time to create several time remnants of himself to help fight Savitar, only for all but one of them to die in the battle. This timeline was erased in season 3 episode 23 “Finish Line,” when Savitar kills H.R.
Season 3 begins with Barry – having averted the death of his mother – bringing Eobard back to the present and locking him in a speed-dampening cage. Barry’s memories of the original timeline begin to fade, as the new reality begins to become permanent.
Season 3 explores the changes made to the timeline, such as Caitlin developing her Killer Frost personality, Julian Albert coming to Central City, and the creation of the cult of Savitar. The changes even extended to Arrow, where Sara Diggle became John Diggle, Jr. (until the Crisis fixed that).
NO,he will surely escape flashpoint and reset the timeline but it won’t be the timelines of season 1 or 2. The producers have said that this event will only last for a few episodes and then it will be reset.
Barry, is human. He is prone to making mistakes. He messes with the timeline because he is grieving and that’s his way of handling the grief. That’s why he is messing with the timelines.
When Barry reset the timeline so his mother didn’t die, in order to fix it, he had to bring Reverse Flash to kill her, and then bring him back to the present day. When that happened, the Reverse Flash he released, because of the whole Speed Force buffer, he still existed even though this was after Eddie was dead.
What Does “The Timeline is Malleable” Mean? When Cisco decoded Barry’s writing from his time inside the speed force he could only translate one line: This house is bitchin. Similarly, Sherloque is only able to read one line of Nora’s journal which states, “The timeline is malleable”.
Nora was born to Barry Allen and Iris West-Allen sometime between 2019 and 2024 in Central City. Sometime after this incident, Iris secretly had a power-dampening chip implanted in Nora to keep her inherited speedster powers hidden, also asking family and close friends to stay silent about them.
Not,in fact,Barry made new timeline. Caitlin became killer frost,Cisco brother Dante die by car accident,Iris and Joe argued by Irs mom die but Joe not tell Iris. Wally is kid flash in Flashpoint but now Wally is normal guys in new timeline.
In the original timeline, the Crisis took place on the night of April 25, 2024, where the Flash fought his nemesis, the Reverse-Flash, with the help of his allies in an extreme street battle in Central City. The fight ended with the speedsters disappearing in an explosion of light.
After Team Flash defeated Cicada by administering the meta-human cure to her younger self and destroying her uncle’s dagger, Nora was erased from existence once a new timeline began to set.
The writing on the walls are the same as in Nora Allen’s journal, so I think that the writing is an ancient speed force language. Now, there’s a certain speedster in the comics who could possibly have a lot to do with ancient speed force languages or symbols: Max Crandall, otherwise known as Max Mercury.
Nora’s plan all along has been to come back to the present and destroy Cicada’s dagger, because for some reason she believed it would help avert the looming Crisis on Infinite Earths where Barry vanishes (seemingly for good) in Nora’s future.
