Does Hidan ever get out of the hole?
It is impossible for Hidan to crawl out of his hole. His body was destroyed. When he was captured by Shikamaru, his body was exploded using exploding tags, leaving only his head. So, having his body digging the hole would be impossible.
Is Hidan still alive in the hole after he was buried in the forest by Shikamaru?
Yes. Shikamaru buried Hidan. He can die from malnutrition… by the time of Boruto he is dead dead dead.
Did Hidan get revived?
In the anime, a short while after the Five Kage Summit, Kabuto scrounged some of Hidan’s DNA from the Nara Clan Forest. Kabuto then used the The Hole’s water and his snakes to recreate Hidan, whom he then took control of with a talisman.

Given the conditions in which he was defeated by Nara Shikamaru, Hidan is still alive. He is buried in the forest area accessible only to the members of the Nara clan. He was defeated by Shikamaru as a revenge to the death of Shikamaru’s sensei, Sarutobi Asuma.

No,Uchiha Shisui is not alive. Shisui killed himself (jumped from a waterfall) preventing Shimura Danzo from getting his other Sharingan (which he gave to Itachi before he jumped from the waterfall).
Where is Shisui eye now?
Fearful that Danzō would also take his left eye and use it for ill purposes, Shisui removed his remaining eye and entrusted it to his best friend, Itachi Uchiha, asking that Itachi use it to protect Konoha. The eye was implanted within a crow for safe-keeping.
