Yes its almost certain that she’ll join the crew. I mean look at the Character design, its unique and like most of the strawhats she is quirky, funny and she has good chemistry with almost everyone in the crew.
Why did carrot join the straw hats?
She became a part of the crew when Luffy set off for Whole Cake Island and has been with them ever since. Carrot joining is highly likely as she’s carrying the hopes and dreams of Pedro who sacrificed himself to see to it that Luffy escapes from Whole Cake Island.
