Do you get charged for pre-orders on target?
When will I be charged for a Pre-order item? When you place an order for a Pre-order item, we will send an authorization hold request to your card issuer. The authorization hold is not an actual charge and will eventually expire and drop off your account based upon the time-frame set by your card-issuing bank.
Why does target cancel pre-orders?
Pre-Orders get cancelled if you don’t respond before a deadline, and customer service will not aid to restore that pre-order – leaving you without the ease of ordering and a stressful hunt ahead! Suggestions on what can be done that will work for both Target Stores, and the Collector Community.
