Does kaneki and Touka have a second child?
Touka is also seen pregnant with another child in the last chapter of Tokyo Ghoul :re. To date, we don’t know anything about the unborn child of Touka and Kaneki, except for the gender, which is presumably a boy.
Does kaneki end up with Toka?
Yes, that’s right. Touka and Ken finally got together – you know, in that sort of way. The chapter foregoes a good bit of plot to give Touka and Ken’s budding romance breathing room.
